The refund will be approved within this guarantee only under the Refundable Circumstances below. If the purchased product exceeds the product's specified money-back guarantee period, no refund will be made.

1. Accepted Circumstances

If customers' cases belong to the below ones, Afirstsoft PDF can refund to customers if orders are bought in 30 days.

  • Bought the wrong software from the Afirstsoft PDF website within 48 hours and customers need to get a refund to buy another one from Afirstsoft PDF. The refund will proceed after you bought the correct software and send the order number to the support team.
  • Wrongly bought the same software more than need within 48 hours. Customers can provide order numbers and explain to the support team to get a refund or change to another software according to customers' requirement.
  • Still got an automatic renewal charge after already receiving a confirmation email that it was canceled. In this case, customers can contact the support team, if your order is in 30 days, a refund will be confirmed.
  • Bought download insurance service or other additional services by mistake. You did not know it can remove in the cart. Afirstsoft PDF will refund to customers if the order is in 30 days.
  • Having technical issues and the Afirstsoft PDF support team did not have effective solutions. Customers already got their tasks finished with another solution. In this case, Afirstsoft PDF can arrange a refund to you or change your license to another software you need.

2. Circumstances of No Refund

Customers cannot get a refund for the below cases.

  • A refund request exceeds the 30-day money-back guarantee, eg, one submits a refund request at the 31st day from the purchase date.
  • A refund request for the tax due to the different policies on different countries.
  • A refund request for Unable to use the software due to wrong operations or a terrible operating system.
  • A refund request for the difference between the price you have paid and the promotional price.
  • A refund request after you have done what you need with our program.
  • A refund request due to haven't read the product details, we suggest trying the free version before purchasing the full license.
  • A partial refund request of a bundle.
  • A refund request for haven't received the product license in 2 hours, we usually send the license code in 24 hours.
  • A refund request for purchasing Afirstsoft PDF products from other platforms or resellers.
  • A refund request for a buyer changed his/her mind.
  • A refund request is not the fault of Afirstsoft PDF.
  • A refund request for no reason.
  • A refund request for the automatic subscription charge if you did not cancel it before the renewal date.
  • A refund request for the technical problem and refuse to cooperate with the Afirstsoft PDF support team to provide detailed information such as screenshot, log file, etc to track the problem and provide solutions.
  • For additional value-added services such as AI and cloud space purchased independently, refunds are not available after the purchase. However, subscriptions can be canceled, and no further charges will be imposed.
