Recent Files List
Recent Files List in our app is a list of files you have opened or worked on recently; it helps you organize and do something on the files without needing to search for them again.
View the File List:
- View a list of files arranged in a timeline and opened or accessed in the app.
- Locate and choose files for further actions or modifications as soon as possible.
Operation Panel for a Single File:
Each file in the list can be managed effortlessly using the following options:
1. File Information:
- Show the basic information about the file, including the name of the file, size of the file, and time of the last modification.
- It helps the users to get brief information on the attributes of the files.
2. File Storage Location:
- They are used to point to the exact place of the file within the system to help identify the location of the file.
- It assists users in easily identifying where the files are stored in the device.
3. Rename File:
- To rename, put the pointer on the file name you want to rename and click the right button of the mouse.
- Provide a new file name in the application for file differentiation by the user for individual file organization.
4. Share Files:
- Select how the selected file should be transmitted and switch on the sharing part of the system.
- It helps one pass documents to other people in the office, clients, or friends very quickly.
5. Print File:
- To print the selected file, go to the File menu and select Print from the operating system app.
- It allows easy printing setup of wireless and network printers.
6. Remove from Recent File List:
- Uncheck the file, but do not delete it from the recently opened files list while keeping the source file.
- Allows setting up the list of the frequently used files about the user’s preferences.
7. Delete File:
- Completely remove the source file from the device's storage so that it cannot be recovered in any way.
- It assists in the proper organization of files because the users can delete unnecessary files from the application.
